You’ll play a vital role in training and supporting Government Officers, Contractors, and PMCs on how to effectively use Novade software to improve project controls and digital workflows on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit sites to guide digital adoption of Novade tools
• Conduct process analysis and execute implementation
• Lead training sessions for officers and contractors
• Capture user feedback and manage stakeholder relationships
• Document success stories, risks, and improvements
• Local travel required – vehicle and license mandatory

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engg, CS, or related field
• 2–3 yrs in construction, consulting, or tech
• Fluent in Marathi, English, Hindi
• Strong communication and analytical skills
